Marrying the ancestral ways of working the vineyard to a perfect tool, whose modernity can only optimize a huge potential without hindering nature, was the challenge we had set for Petit-Village. Today, the vast work of restructuring the vineyard and renovating the winery and cellars is bearing fruit.
