The origin of the vineyard of Beaumes-de-Venise is very old, the history of its wines goes back to 600 years before Christ, date which settled a Greek community, at the foot of the massif of the lace of Montmirail.

The first vineyards of the Domaine de Coyeux date from the 1950s. The estate was taken over in 2013 by Hugues de Feraudy, whose family was already established in Vaucluse in the 10th century.
