Pol Roger make his first sale of wine in January 1849. Family circumstances impose on him an affair: his father, his notary, his successor, his illness. The customer is a trader from Aÿ, the birthplace of Pol Roger. The House is growing rapidly. From Aÿ, she moved to Epernay in 1851.
