Founded in 1886 by Florentin Gal, the 15-hectare property in Pampelonne has been passed down through the generations to his son Lucien Gal, then to his granddaughter Christine Coste Gal, who has run it for over 30 years.

In Provencal symbolism, three cypress trees at the entrance to a property are a symbol of hospitality.
