The history of the Emilio Moro winery goes back three generations: the third-generation grandfather, Emilio Moro, was born in 1891 and his son Emilio Moro in 1932, both in a wine-growing environment surrounded by vines. They grew up treading the grapes of their home town of Pesquera de Duero, in the province of Valladolid, and forged their passion with vintage after vintage.

Emilio Moro instilled a love of wine in his son, and he in turn passed it on to the third generation, who now run the winery.
