Yves Kohli is a viticulture and oenology engineer and runs the Domaine des Groubeaux. After completing his school of viticulture and oenology (Changins School), he built his professional life in Geneva in oenology before having the opportunity, in 2008, to take over this small 2.7 hectare estate. He trained by working for eight years in the Coop cellars and as an oenologist at the Geneva cellar.

By taking over the Domaine des Groubeaux in the commune of Corsier, he realised his dream of running a wine estate that would allow him to excel in the art of the winegrower-winemaker profession.
