Albert Luisier created the Cave L'Alchémille in 2014, after more than 34 years of experience as a winemaker in two wineries in the region. His motivation is to return to reduced production to promote the quality and variety of his wines from nine grape varieties.

This human-sized production makes it possible to take out local cannons to explore original creations such as Cuvé Y, a sparkling wine made from the Riesling Sylvaner grape variety.

The cellar Alchemilla produces wines of character and balanced, AOC Valais, from vineyards in Fully, Saillon, Leytron, Salquenen.
