Terras de Baco 2021

Adega de Portalegre was founded in 1954 among the hills of the Serra de S. Mamede Natural Park. The great differentiation of its wines comes from the use of grapes from vineyards that are more than 70 years old, located at an altitude of between 600 and 700 metres, and from the maintenance of an ancestral wine-growing culture in which quality and typicity are the main objectives.With the profile of a typical Alentejo wine, but with the elegance conferred by the grapes from the region's high altitude vineyards, Terras de Baco is an excellent choice.

Nose: Intense fruitiness with hints of red fruit.

Palate: pleasant strawberry notes and supple tannins.

Food pairing: Ideal with poultry, red meat and Italian cuisine.

Serving temperature: Room temperature 16-18°C.
