Appearance :   A deep ruby colour.

Aroma : good intensity and complexity with prominent notes of red and black fruit, and hints of asparagus and artichokes. Spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg mingle with aromas of well-integrated wood. 

Taste :  this full-bodied wine reveals a lively and balanced acidity, in addition to high-quality polished tannins, and notes of black fruit that invite a long and harmonious finish.

Service : Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairings : Ideal to accompany meat dishes, but being a very gastronomic wine, you can even accompany white meats or roast fish aufour.
