Viognier 2021

The vineyard covers around twenty hectares. It thrives on rich, generous soil that encourages a diversity of grape varieties! The grapes are bursting with subtle flavours enhanced by talented, expert hands and daring minds, and the 'fruit' of this work is available for sale in different ranges, developed and expanded over the years.

Dominic Walter, an agricultural engineer, has been applying his expertise to the estate's farming activities for over 15 years, and this judicious combination is optimised by a team of around twenty qualified and experienced employees, working in symbiosis in the various areas of the estate's activities. Team spirit prevails at Domaine Château du Crest!

Eye: Pale gold

Nose: Intense aromas of yellow fruit, notably apricot and vine peach.

Mouth: On the palate, this wine is beautifully balanced, bringing out the apricot and mango notes. This Viognier will surprise you with its finesse and smoothness.
