Might as well say it right away: their Merlot des Charmes is a great seducer! But he owes it to hard work: harvesting, stripping and pigeing manuals; breeding in barrels of twelve months. Enough to release the cherry, ripe, blackcurrant and cocoa aromas that make his fans happy.
