Description
Gamay is originally from the Beaujolais region. An ideal wine for cold or white meats, it goes well with terrines and pâtés. It is at its best with cochonnailles, rabbit and pigeon. For dessert, it goes well with strawberries.
Tasting
A red with a purplish colour, a fruity nose with notes of red cherries and peony, lively on the palate, not very tannic.
