Description

Roserock, a historic Burgundy winery since 1880 that has crossed the ocean to make the American dream a reality, is an advocate of sustainable agriculture. Headed by Philippe Drouhin and Véronique Boss-Drouhin, they have settled in the Dundee Hills of the Willamette Valley to explore and express the terroirs of Oregon (USA). The Roserock Drouhin Pinot Noir is a selection of Pinot Noirs from the estate's 35 parcels, which are cultivated using respectful methods and harvested by hand. Once in the cellar, the different batches of grapes are destemmed and fermented separately at controlled temperatures, then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
