La Capella - Brut Nature 2011

Juvé & Camps is a family-owned house founded in 1921, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in the heart of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Renowned for producing high-quality cavas, it has gained an international reputation. La Capella - Brut Nature 2011 is an exceptional cava, made exclusively from the Xarel·lo grape variety, sourced from the historic "La Capella" plot planted in 1981.

Appearance: Bright golden yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose: Complex aromas of stone fruits (peach, apricot), brioche, butter, with subtle notes of nuts and curry, and a slight toasted touch due to the long aging.

Palate: Creamy texture, structured and incredibly fresh, with notable persistence leaving memories of dried apricots, nuts, and fine pastry.

Food pairings: Ideal with seafood, poultry dishes, or vegetarian recipes.
