Appearance: Glossy yellow, light in intensity with paler yellow hues.

Aroma: Moderately intense with fruity, floral notes.

Palate: Smooth attack. The vinification process used for this Chasselas wine produces a slightly sparkling result that lends the wine its sought-after freshness. Lime blossom and pear aromas enhance the distinctive personality of this wine, typified by a pleasant, balanced finish.

Serving: 8-10°c  it makes a good aperitif wine but it also pairs beautifully with lake fish, chicken, and white meat. It is perfect with fondue or raclette.
