Chardonnay - Bio 2019

Although the defining stylistic characteristic of this wine comes from Burgundy, it is 100% Tuscan.

The influence of the sea breeze and cool nights allows this white wine to be produced in selected plots, bringing it closer to the great models in its elegant and silky texture, freshness and finesse.

It owes its golden yellow colour, complexity and notes of caramel and toast to the ageing in barrels and concrete eggs, and its aromas of lemon, pear, quince and pineapple, almond and ripe apple to the ideal climatic conditions. As great lovers of Chardonnay, the production of this white wine in small quantities (about 5,000 bottles per vintage).

Color: Beautiful grey gold with hints of mercury and green.

On the nose: Delicate and profound nose of pear, yellow apple, white peach, brioche and mountain hay with subtle touches of banana and lemon blossom.

On the plate: Nice round entrance evolving on fresh acidity with touches of starfruit, pear lingering on white chocolate, lemon pie and white flowers finishing fresh fig and vanilla.
