The estate promotes biodiversity by allowing the vines to grow grass and avoiding the use of weedkillers and fertilisers since the 1980s, thereby encouraging the return of birds and rodents. Kestrels and grey herons are now present in the vines. Every stage of the process, including the harvest, is carried out by hand, and the winemaker strives for excellence by preserving the purity of the aromas and the balance of the blends. The wines are matured on fine lees in stainless steel vats to manage micro-oxygenation.

Eye: a luminous red colour with intense violet highlightsTo the nose: aromas of red fruit, cherry, black fruit and blackcurrant.

Palate: fruity and delicious, with complex aromas of violet, blackcurrant and red cherry.
