With a history dating back to 1865, Macieira has accompanied generations of consumers and connoisseurs, from kings and poets, to connoisseurs and pure brandy lovers, within and beyond borders. It is distilled with wine made from local grapes and aged in oak barrels to produce an easy-drinking brandy. Internationally renowned, Macieira has won numerous awards since its presence at the Paris World Exhibition in 1889. Intense amber colour. The finish is characterised by vanilla aromas, with a soft, pleasant and very persistent flavour.
