Eye : Beautiful yellow

Nose : A fairly strong and complex bouquet of pear and some citrus fruit.

Mouth : Fresh and firm, slightly acidic in the drink, harmonious, soft and medium-full, beautifully fruity with some honey and mineral notes and a medium-long finish.
