Rumo Blanc, a wine that takes us on a journey to a fresh and unpretentious Alentejo, blending typical grape varieties from the region. With minimal intervention in the cellar and a respect for the terroir, this Rumo white reveals the full potential of the fruit and the character of the region.

Viticulture: Made from grapes selected from old vines on small plots, carefully managed to produce quality wines. Grown on poor granite soils with low yields, where the focus is on quality. Our grapes are also cultivated under a certified integrated production regime.

Winemaking: The grapes are hand-selected and whole-cluster pressed. Suspended solids settled naturally, and spontaneous fermentation occurred. After fermentation, the wine remained on the lees until bottling.

Appearance: Lemon yellow color

Nose: Citrus and mineral aroma

Palate: Good volume and a rich aftertaste, finishing with impressive freshness and showing the excellent fruit quality. The finish is persistent.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled fish, fresh or simply cooked seafood, and sushi.
