Le Naturel 2023

Le Naturel is the collection of wines with no added sulphites, for which the key lies in totally natural and meticulous production, using just one ingredient: the grapes. In this way, they obtain a wine that faithfully reflects the original vineyard, without any artifice.

At Aroa Bodegas, the winery located in the DO Navarra region, they are pioneers in the recovery of organic and biodynamic farming practices. There, they make all their wines with minimal intervention and maximum respect for the fruit of the vineyards, located in the Yerri Valley, the highest and coolest area of the appellation. They are one of the few wineries in Spain to hold the Wineries for Climate Protection certificate issued by the Spanish Wine Federation.

Eye:  Intense straw yellow colour, with greenish highlights accompanied by light golden nuances. Clean and bright, with bursts of vivacity in the glass.

Nose: High intensity, without the usual interference found in wines with sulphur. Notes of tropical fruit and ripe stone fruit predominate. There are also fresh citrus aromas, with a mineral background. There are notes of white flowers and sweetness on the finish, with hints of honey and syrup. A very complex nose, which evolves very well in the glass.

Palate: Exuberant acidity, present from start to finish. Its creaminess dominates, with a sweet undertone, characteristic of the Garnacha Blanca variety. At the end, it leaves a slight bitterness, full of elegance, which adds complexity and persistence to the wine.
