Description
The Adega Cooperativa Regional de Monção, CRL, was founded on October 11th 1958, by initiative of 25 wine growers. Situated in the Vinhos Verdes Demarcated Region, in the sub-region of Monção and Melgaço, this region was recognized with the exclusive use of the designation "Vinho Verde Alvarinho".
Tasting
Color : Citrus
Aroma : Fruity character with predominance of prune fruits (peach and apricot) due to high percentage present of the "Alvarinho" grape variety.
Taste : Well-balanced, steady, smooth and dry flavour.
It should be served at a 11 C Temperature. It's a good aperitif and goes well with seafood, fish and white meat dishes.
