Founded in 1954 and inserted in the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede, ever since, the Adega de Portalegre Winery distinguished itself by the quality and originality of its wines.

The region of Portalegre is a terroir unique, allowing that the Adega de Portalegre Winery creates its wines with a huge eccentricity, singularity and personality, expressed by the numerous national and international awards that it has been receiving for over more than 60 years.

Nowadays the Adega de Portalegre Winery is one of the most emblematic producers of the region, which envisions the production of wines that reflect the essence of this unique terroir.

Morgado do Reguengo Red is made from grapes of old vines, some of which are over 70 years old, composed of Trincadeira, Castelão, Grand Noir, Alicante Bouschet, among other older varieties.

Wine with high acidity due to the altitude and at the same time with notes of orange peel and passion fruit. Smooth and fresh on the palate with a long and persistent finish.
