Their Vintage cuvée, produced only in excellent years, matured on lees for 7 years, is the result of a selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in equal proportions (50% / 50%) in the greatest Crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.

The low dosage of the liqueur, expertly prepared by the cellar master, as well as its long aging after disgorging of at least 9 months, give it all its richness and allow the full expression of Chardonnay, a grape variety emblematic of the refined and daring style of the House. . A perfect balance which exudes notes of vine peach and apricot. The peppery and warm finish reinforces the fine balance of the vintage cuvée between generosity and elegance.

Appearance: a beautiful dress crystalline golden color adorned with gold reflections. The effervescence is fine, persistent and presents a fine cordon with delicate bubbles.

On the Nose : very expressive, revealing freshness, finesse and complexity. It exudes aromas of white-fleshed fruits evolving on spicy notes of liquorice, pepper, sweet spices. This great champagne already presents some notes of evolution on greedy, almost candied fruits.

In the Mouth : The attack is precise and lemony, dominated by subtle aromas of pear and peach. It gives way to an extraordinary length and tension, subtly dosed, giving this excellent vintage a perfect balance between elegance and generosity.

Food & Wine pairing: both minerality and power. It is a wine that will reveal all its splendor on langoustines roasted with lemon zest, on a delicately braised turbot with anise accompanied by mashed mashed potatoes with truffles or ceviche finely spiced with sweet spices. The notes of lightly toasted white fruits, confronted with a veal medallion on a bed of morels will sublimate the senses.
