In the heart of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, a unique clos surrounds an exceptional terroir. This singular cuvée, produced in ultra-limited and numbered quantities, bears the name of the patron saint of the village church: Clos Saint-Hilaire.

This rare Champagne, crafted without blending or dosage, reveals the pure essence of Pinot Noir with remarkable depth and complexity. It embodies the heritage and boldness of a house that, generation after generation, continues to shape excellence.

Appearance : Brilliant golden-yellow hue with fine, elegant bubbles.

Nose : Noble and complex, blending malted cereals, pastries, and ripe citrus. Hints of roasted coffee, toasted bread, and vanilla.

Palate : Generous and textured, with honeyed citrus and delicate spices. Long, mineral, and chalky finish.

Food & wine pairings : At 12/14°C, pairs beautifully with wild  turbot  or a roasted porcini tartlet.
