Martín Codax Organistrum is a white wine from the Rías Baixas D.O. produced by Martín Codax.
This wine is named after a unique instrument (Organistrum) that must be played by two people. There are only two examples left, one of which is used by the Grupo de Música Antiga Martín Códax during its performances.
Tasting
Eye: Intense straw yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: A strong fruity charge accompanied by a lightly toasted background.
Palate: Grilled and fruity, with integrated acidity that does not stand out for its flavour and rich nuances.
