Chardonnay- Valle Colchagua 2020

The Colchagua Valley, located in the O'higgins region of central Chile, is a pioneer in the promotion of the designation of origin and the first to create its own "wine route".

Located in the cradle of our traditions, the Colchagua Valley is renowned for the production of high quality wines and has been the most awarded valley in international competitions in recent years.

In general terms, the Colchagua Valley has a pre-Cordillera sector with influences from the Andes, a central or plain sector, and a coastal sector with predominant influences from the Pacific Ocean.

Appearance : Green with golden hues.

On the Nose : Tropical fruit, with a delicate hint of artichoke.

On the Palate : buttery with fresh white peach, honey notes and excellent acidic balance. An agreeable, long finish.

Food Pairings :  Superb with king crab, lobster, fish with creamy sauce or seafood pastas. Also goes well with stuffed chicken breast, vegetable based risotto, fresh cheeses or sour cream dips
