Description
Château Haut-Bailly is nestled at the top of a hillock in the historic Graves region, on the left bank of the Garonne.
As early as 1461, local archives mention the excellence of this land for growing vines. Centuries of hard work and conviction have made Haut-Bailly a visionary and pioneering estate, but also one with a rich history.
Its 30 hectares of vineyards are spread over gravel, sand and clay soils, whose gentle slope ensures excellent drainage. The subsoil is made up of falun and marine sediments.
Made from the same plots as Château Haut-Bailly and vinified in the same way, La Parde Haut-Bailly is is the result of a strict selection process. It has earned its letters of nobility over the vintages until it has become a model of a second wine.
