The vineyards are located in the inner valley of the Cuers plain on the foothills of the Massif des Maures as well as in the Haut Pays Arçois at the foot of this same massif.
Tasting
Saint Max rosé is best enjoyed young, within 2 years of harvesting, when it has a brilliant pale pink colour, intense notes of citrus fruit (grapefruit) and vineyard peaches, and a lively and delicate mouthfeel.
Ideal as an aperitif, with shellfish or crispy prawns in citrus sauce...
