Le Dragon de Quintus is the second wine of Château Quintus, located in Saint-Émilion, a prestigious Grand Cru classified estate. Made with the same care as the main wine, this wine offers a more accessible expression while maintaining the elegance and richness of the great wines of the appellation. It benefits from the same meticulous grape selection and oak barrel aging.

Eye: Deep red color, bright and clear, with purple reflections.
Nose: Intense aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral and spicy notes.
Palate: Beautiful tannic structure with silky tannins and a nice freshness. Flavors of juicy red fruits, spices, and a slight touch of toasted oak mark the finish.
Food pairings: Perfect with grilled meats, fine charcuterie, or a platter of mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: Serve between 16°C and 18°C to fully appreciate its nuances.
