Tasting
Eye : The colour of this wine is very dark red, almost black.
Nose : a basket of fresh fruit (raspberry, cherry, strawberry), then with agitation a greater complexity of spices, dried herbs, fennel, and a slight floral note.
Palate : it is clean and balanced, with good concentration and lovely volume. Despite a large amount of tannins, it remains supple and unctuous: a nice balance between substance, density and freshness. The texture is delicate and precise. The finish is very long and complex with fresh red fruits, liquorice, cinnamon, but also more earthy notes of smoke and flint.
