Tasting
Appearance : The wine has a pale yellow color.
Nose : Already expressive, showing remarkable complexity with notes of ripe fruits (peach, fresh apricot, fresh mango), crystalline citrus aromas (pomelo, pink grapefruit), and more delicate and elegant hints of spices and flowers (star anise, elderflower, acacia).
Palate : Dense and broad on the attack, with a beautiful texture and superb creaminess. The acidity brings freshness and length. The balance between sweetness and freshness is exceptional, shaping the wine and leading to an explosion of fruit, followed by a more complex and refined finish with notes of mild spices, star anise, anise, floral hints, and flintstone.
Food Pairing : Perfect with refined seafood, scallop carpaccio, truffle risotto, or noble fish with a light sauce.
