Description
The history of Domaine de Bilé began in 1962, when Francis Della Vedove and his wife Pierrette settled in the commune of Bassoues d'Armagnac.1968 saw the first rows of vines planted, and 1973 saw the first wine distilled.The torch was taken up by the 2nd generation with Didier and Marie Claude. Over the years, all the Armagnac vintages have been produced, as well as the white and rosé Flocs de Gascogne, and the range of IGP Côtes de Gascogne wines.The 3rd generation, with Romain, Thibault and Lisa, continue the Domaine de Bilé adventure, bringing their youth, their ideas and their projects.
Tasting
Eye: A light, clean amber colour.
Nose: Hints of vanilla and prunes,
Palate: Straightforward attack but fairly long finish, a young Haut-Armagnac with character.
