Each plot is vinified separately without yeast, with its own indigenous yeasts. They consider that these yeasts naturally present on the skin of the grapes are an integral part of the terroir and serve to reveal it.
 

Eye : a raspberry colour with mahogany highlights.

Nose: an elegant expression where the kirsch fruit is combined with spicy, smoky and bouquet notes.

Palate : syrupy and confident on a supple structure that benefits from the structure that benefits from the precise definition conferred by the the delicate grain and the finesse of the tannins.
