Chasselas - Muscat Non Filtré 2023

Jean-Pierre Pellegrin made his first wines in 1994, 5 years after taking over the estate from his father, a cooperator at the Cave de Genève. Since then, he has changed almost everything. By transforming the 600-year-old family farm, he has created a winemaking cellar that combines tradition and modernity. The barrel cellar is built entirely of ancient stone, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. Matured in stainless steel vats and barrels, but also in concrete amphorae, his wines are treasures of precision and meticulousness.

The sweetness of the Muscat grape, with its exotic, floral and slightly spicy notes, blends perfectly with the freshness and minerality of the Chasselas to produce a beautifully balanced, unfiltered wine, delicately vinified to retain its superb fruitiness and immediate pleasure.
