In 1958, Domenico Fraccaroli founded his company in a "little piece of Paradise" in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Appearance: Friulano Villa Caratti has a pale straw yellow colour with greenish hints.

Aroma: With a great aromatic bouquet, on the nose it is reminiscent of wild flowers and has a definite note of yellow pulp fruit, such as peaches and sweet apricots. 

Palate: Fragrant and pleasant on the palate, it is balanced and ample, with a light finish of bitter almond.

Food pairing: It matches well with light appetizers, soups, risotto, fish or egg based dishes.

Service: 10-12°C.
