Fabelhaft - Gin

Fabelhaft means fabulous in German, and this gin is the fruit of a fabulous collaboration between Portuguese winemaker Dirk Niepoort and Hamburg wine merchant Dirk Delventhal. Niepoort wines, with their 'fabulous' artistic labels, are among Portugal's best-known and most successful.nine botanicals are harvested in Niepoort's vineyards in Portugal's Douro Valley, including the Mediterranean rockrose. The botanicals are sent to Germany, where they are macerated for several days and distilled individually before being blended, adding some of the macerated rockrose spirit.
