CARM (Casa Agrícola Roboredo Madeira) is a family-owned estate located in the Upper Douro region of northeastern Portugal. For several generations, the Roboredo Madeira family has been cultivating their vineyards with environmentally friendly practices, focusing on showcasing the authentic character of this unique terroir. Appearance: Deep and intense red color, bright and clear.

Nose: Very fresh and intense nose, with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries, balanced by seductive hints of licorice and subtle complex wood aromas.

Palate: On the palate, it is very concentrated, warm, with firm tannins and a smooth texture. The finish is very intense and persistent, strongly showcasing the power of Douro Superior wines.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, slow-cooked dishes, aged cheeses, or herb-roasted poultry.
