- Box of 6
Grape Variety
- Torrontés
Description
After extensive research in several regions of Argentina, François Lurton set up his vineyard on high altitude, semi-desert land (poor gravel reminiscent of Pessac-Léognan) in the foothills of the Cordillera: the Uco Valley.
A pioneer in this valley, he built his winery, Bodega Piedra Negra, in the heart of 200 hectares of virgin land. With the expertise he had acquired throughout the world, he immediately set up a viticulture that respected the environment and produced remarkable wines.
100% Torrontes. An emblematic grape variety of Argentina, the name originally comes from Spanish Galicia.
