Appearance: A deep ruby red colour with purple highlights accompanies an intense crispy cherry bouquet and nice hints of vanilla and balsamic.

Aroma: Fully-flavoured, the sweetness of blueberries is perfectly balanced by the presence of light and soft tannins. 

Palate: Voluminous and vigorous, it shows off a strong sweet flavour and a refreshing acidity, kept throughout the whole aging process.

Food Pairing: Great for meditation, it is the best match for chocolate desserts, shortcrust pastry and almond-based recipes. It pairs well with seasoned and fermented cheese.
