Casa Relvas was born from the desire to continue the history of a family linked to the land over five generations and two continents.

This family project was launched in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, who saw in the Herdade de São Miguel the vast horizons of his roots in Africa.

Their vision today: "It is the celebration of life that motivates us daily to produce Casa Relvas wines. Our mission is to produce quality wines that accompany every moment of life, wines that can make the pleasure of a meal special, to celebrate, to meet friends or to revive the memories of good times.

To the eye: Intense ruby colour with violet highlights, testifying to its youth and concentration.

On the nose: Ripe aromas of red and black fruit (blackberry, raspberry, plum), accompanied by spicy and balsamic notes such as pepper, mint and coconut. 

Palate: Well-balanced, round and rich, with a fine structure and supple tannins. 

Food pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, dishes in sauce or mature cheeses.

Serving temperature: Serve between 16°C and 18°C to fully appreciate its complexity.
