Gin

100% Swiss production: Ibex Gin handles all the production and distribution phases at two sites in Bex and Verbier (maceration, filtration, bottling, etc.). Only the distillation is carried out in Martigny by the Louis Morand & Cie SA distillery.

Ingredients : Organic juniper berry, organic fresh lemon and orange peel, organic liquorice, organic coriander seed, organic elderberry, ginger, neutral alcohol and Alpine spring water.

Eye: Crystalline

Nose: Rich, revealing notes of citrus fruit, juniper and spices.

Palate: Silky texture on the palate, with a generous attack of juniper, a fine presence of orange and a finish of spices, particularly pepper. Well-balanced, pleasantly round with good length.

Finish: Long, with a hint of lemon and bitterness.
