Isola di Favignana - Gin

Favignana was the muse that inspired this new and exciting project: producing gin on the island. The idea was born from 3 protagonists, the result was a unique product that represents all the flavours of the island of Trapani. The gin is made from high-quality soft wheat alcohol, juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, olive leaves, wild myrtle leaves and six plants endemic to Favignana: helichrysum, Roman camomile, wormwood, sweet mint, rosemary and verbena.

Notes of lemon and mint add freshness to the aromatic palette, while the sweetness of camomile balances the bitterness of juniper and absinthe. Immortelle and myrtle structure and balance a soft, almost slightly creamy recipe.
