Cuvée Emilie

Emilie pour Emilie Gourd was born in Geneva in 1879 into an enlightened Protestant family. This rebel with generous ideas fought all her life for the status of women. It was not until 1960, fourteen years after her death, that her dream was finally realised: the right to vote was granted to women citizens of Geneva.

The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot produces a cuvée that combines the freshness and aromatic finesse of the former with the smoothness and volume of the latter.

Aging potential: 1-3 years

Food and wine pairing: This is the wine for parties and aperitifs par excellence. It goes particularly well with dishes such as salmon tartar or sushi.
