José Carranca Redondo, the real ‘father’ of Liquor Beirão, was born on 29 April 1916. An unforgettable figure, thanks to his ability to transform a traditional drink into one of the country's best-known brands. To round off a year of celebrations to mark the centenary of the founder of the famous the Redondo family - unveils Beirão d'Honra. José and Ricardo Redondo, the founder's son and grandson respectively, spent months developing the recipe for this new product, and are proudly displaying the results of this innovation, which has never before been achieved by the brand.

Made with the same spices and aromatic plants as the original recipe, this new liqueur is enriched with aged wine brandy. With its amber colour and unique, captivating flavour, the notes of wine brandy blended with the characteristic aromas of Beirão Liqueur are the elements that distinguish this drink. Beirão d'Honra should preferably be drunk in a chalice glass and neat - without ice - so that you can appreciate the harmony of this liqueur.

Appearance: Yellow Amber.

Aroma: Delicate but absorbent, with fennel.

Palate: Rosemary and orange notes and a variety of spices where cinnamon and cardamom
stands out.
