A Roederer-style rosé: the concentration, fruitiness and density of the Cumières Pinot Noir are transcended by the elegance, purity and freshness of the great Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs

Approximately 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and a proportion of 20% of wines vinified in wood. The Rosé Vintage is aged on average 4 years on lees and also benefits from a minimum of 6 months rest after disgorgement to perfect its maturity.

The fruity aromas of wild red berries are followed by floral, zesty, sweet and spicy notes, while hints of dried fruit and cocoa evoke the oak ageing process. Rich and fleshy, the Rosé Vintage exalts the maturity of the fruit. With its shimmering effervescence and its first impression of freshness, it opens with suavity on almost exotic notes, mixed with the pure minerality of Chardonnays.
