Description
The history of Ruinart rosé, the very first rosé to be created, has been written since the 18th century. Although more than 250 years have passed since the beginnings of Ruinart's rosé champagne, excellence, a fundamental value, continues to characterise the production of this delicate wine today.
Tasting
Eye : Ruinart Rosé first presents itself to the eye, revealing a pomegranate colour with orange highlights.
Nose : subtle and fresh, offering an original palette of exotic fruits (guava, lychee) and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). Notes of rose and pomegranate complete this complex and intense aromatic profile, dominated by primary aromas that are not very evolved.
Palate : the attack is frank, the mouth silky and fleshy, carried by aromas of pomegranate, guava and lychee, pink grapefruit and peppermint. Ruinart Rosé unfolds a complex aromatic bouquet, woven of echoes and correspondences - so many notes ready to reveal their singularity during exotic meals.
