Since the 1980s, Jean-Michel Novelle has developed a viticulture that respects the plant and has completely overhauled the Grand Clos vineyard. He set up an experimental laboratory for new grape varieties on a small 7-hectare site in Geneva. During the harvest, which begins when the grapes are fully ripe, the bunches are picked and sorted exclusively by hand.

Eye: A deep garnet-red colour.

Nose: With notes of peony, raspberry, blackberry, cherry and black pepper.

Mouth: Concentrated, with notes of raspberry, blackberry, cherry and black pepper: Concentrated palate, with notes of raspberry, blackberry, cherry, black pepper, structured and persistent finish.

Aging potential: 8-10 years
