Description
Founded in Épernay in 1811 by Pierre Nicolas Perrier and his wife Rose-Adélaide Jouët, Perrier-Jouët made Chardonnay the focus of its production from the outset, at a time when its use was still marginal. This original choice gave rise to the expertise and unique style that are the hallmark of the House, a complex, predominantly floral aromatic profile. Perrier-Jouët has an exceptional vineyard in the Côte des Blancs, at the heart of the 'Golden Triangle', one of the most prestigious terroirs in Champagne, with 99.2% of its vineyards classified on the 'Échelle des Crus', including exceptional plots in Cramant and Avize. True to the philosophy of its founders, Perrier-Jouët practises natural viticulture and is committed to eco-responsible management of its vineyards.

Nose: Floral notes, fresh fruit, citrus, pear, brioche and vanilla.
Palate: In perfect balance, the palate combines openness, roundness and liveliness, underlined by notes of white fruit, grapefruit and pineapple. A few brioche notes round off the lingering finish.
