Description
The green olive tapenade from RIBAS DO DOURO is a product that reflects the olive’s greenish hue and delivers a very fresh, fruity, and distinctive flavour. It has a smooth, homogeneous texture with a uniform distribution of small olive pieces throughout the paste.
Ingredients:
The tapenade is made from green olives (variety “Negrinha de Freixo”), garlic, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil.
Tasting
It is perfect as an appetizer, to accompany cheeses or cured meats, or to enhance dishes such as fish or white meats.
